Winerax is pleased to announce that we have now commenced direct shipments to Australia, simplifying the ordering process for our Australian customers, and reducing the lead time for them to store their wine bottles in a cleverly designed modular wine rack.
The Winerax online store now allows Australian customers to place an order and checkout with freight charges already calculated; so no more submitting a “request to order” and then waiting for an email to confirm the cost of freight before completing your transaction.
Not only does this offer assurity of the cost up front, but it also allows you to complete your transaction in one visit rather than multiple.
To make things simpler still, we have also added a currency conversion tool, as although we will still bill you in New Zealand Dollars, you are now able to get an idea of the conversion rate to Australian Dollars (XE mid-market rate) before you place your order.
Another added advantage of this streamlined checkout process is that your order is confirmed immediately, and thus typically shipped within one business day, thereby reducing the length of time between placing an order and receiving the goods.
All destinations within Australia are covered by this new service, and the indicative delivery time is 5 to 10 working days from placement of order, but throughout the whole delivery process you can track your order’s progress as you will receive an email upon shipment with tracking details, including the option to “Request Notifications” as your order progresses from our warehouse, across the Tasman, and to your door.
