How many wine bottles can I store?
Infinite; seriously, the beauty of WINERAX is that it is a modular system, and hence there is no limitation to the number of wine bottles you can store!!!
That said, to make ordering as simple as possible for you, we have some off-the-shelf “kits” pre-configured for 12 / 24 / 48 bottles, but of course, you are not limited to these.

What colours are available?
Black, and only black. Well, what did you expect? WINERAX is a New Zealand designed and manufactured product, as well as a New Zealand owned and operated company, so it has to be All Black, doesn’t it?
Do I need to attach my WINERAX wine rack to the wall or floor?
No, typically not. WINERAX is designed to be free standing and we only recommend that you use bracing if your configuration expands vertically in excess of 15 modules, in other words, a height greater than 2 metres (6.5 feet).
Do you sell to consumers?
Yes, we sell to everyone - the public, trade, retail and wholesale. WINERAX is available to all who want a better solution for storing their wine.
Do I have to order online?
No, although it is the simplest and quickest method available, and our website uses the latest technology to safeguard your transaction.

Do I need an account?
No, but if you create one it will speed up your re-ordering process as you expand your wine collection and hence your wine rack!
How do I pay?
We accept multiple methods of payment: Direct Credit Transfer or Credit and Debit Cards (via the secure eWAY gateway from BNZ) or PayPal - you choose, whichever option you prefer.
Why do I get two emails confirming my payment?
The simple answer is that our payment gateway utilises a two-step process for added security, and this is also for your own protection and peace of mind when making an online transaction.
So when paying by Credit or Debit Card you will receive two emails:
An email soon after confirming your order and payment with the title “Receipt of APPROVED authorisation @ eWAY” and the body of the message beginning with “The following was Authorised to your credit card” followed by the details - in other words, our bank has made a request for the funds from your bank but not yet drawn down the money, and your bank has confirmed that the funds will be available.
An email after the transaction has been processed by our bank with the title “Receipt of APPROVED purchase/payment @ eWAY” and the body of the message beginning with “The following was charged to your credit card” followed by the details - in other words, our bank has drawn down the funds from your bank.
Why the delay between “Authorisation” and “Payment”?
Quite simple really, we don’t want to take your money until we ship the goods! So when you place your order we confirm that the payment is authorised, and then when your order is packed and ready for shipment we collect the payment.
How long will it take to get my order?
We endeavour to ship orders within one business day of receipt, in other words, if you order today it should ship tomorrow.
Also, to avoid disappointment we only show items on the website that are currently in stock, and hence you do not need to worry about availability.
Delivery lead times do vary from location to location, but here is a guideline:
North Island main centres 1 to 2 days
North Island Northland and Rural 2 to 3 days
South Island Canterbury & Marlborough 2 to 3 days
Rest of the South Island including Rural 3 to 4 days
How can I track my order?
When you place your order you will receive an email confirming the details and a link to review or amend your order; then once your order has been despatched you will receive an email confirming fulfilment and providing a tracking number for the carrier used and a link to that carrier’s online tracking website.
