Payment
Payment types accepted are American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Shopify Pay, or Direct Credit, as methods of payment.

Transactions will be billed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).

If paying by credit card, you will need to submit your credit card details at the time your order is placed on the website, a confirmation email will then be sent to confirm the goods purchased and the value of your order.

If paying by PayPal, you will need to submit your details at the time your order is placed on the website, a confirmation email will then be sent to confirm the goods purchased and the value of your order.

If paying by Direct Credit, details of the receiving bank account will be displayed at the time your order is placed on the website, a confirmation email will then be sent to confirm the goods purchased and the value of your order, along with the appropriate Direct Credit instructions.

After placing your order, you can view its details and status at any time via your account page at www.winerax.co.nz or by selecting the link to the “Order Status Page” in your confirmation email.

When you place an order with us, a hold is applied to your card to verify the details are correct. Once the order is dispatched your card will be charged for the items sent, and the hold will be released.

Once the items in your order are in stock and are ready for dispatch, we will process payment for the goods (plus any delivery charges) using your nominated credit card. You authorise www.winerax.co.nz to debit the order value amount from your nominated credit card. The merchant name that will appear on your credit card statement will be ‘Winerax Limited’.

If your nominated credit card is declined by your financial institution, we will not be able to guarantee the delivery of the Goods, and may contact you to make alternative payment and delivery arrangements.

We may decide at any time not to accept payment from you by credit card for any reason. If we decline to accept payment, we will not process the order and contact you to inform you that your order will not be processed. We may process this order or further orders if you make a payment.


Pricing
The prices for the products listed on this site are in New Zealand dollars and include GST, but do not include any delivery charges.

The currency conversion tool offers a guide to indicative conversion rates based upon the current XE mid-market rate, and all checkout pricing and billing are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
